Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality and design of all our products, but we know life with a baby isn't always plain sailing. So, if you decide your purchase isn't quite right for you and your baby, we will gladly take it back within 30 days for a full refund. Simply contact our customer service team and they'll start the returns process for you.
Please note all products need to be returned in original conditions and packaging. Refunds will be made in the original payment method used at check out. Baby Diego does not refund return shipping fees, unless item is defective, and will only process a refund for the purchase price of the item.
Return labels are only provided for orders which are defective. It is customers responsibility to provide a tracking number once item has been returned. Baby Diego is not responsible if your return is LIT, damaged in the delivery process or not delivered to the correct return address.
